96 Person Graduation Starter Package (30×45 Frame Tent Rental)

96 Person Graduation Party Rental Package:

This 96 person party rental package comes with a 30ft x 45ft frame tent, 12 tables, and 96 chairs. Since this is a frame tent, it has the ability to be placed on grass or virtually any hard surface with weighted concrete blocks. Keep in mind though, this tent rental requires a space of 40ft x 55ft. If you are unsure about your planned space,  give us a call and we can schedule a site visit. We will be able to give you an idea of what tent you’ll need. Our number is (248)238-2400. There are other options that you can add to this tent package such as sidewalls, lighting, and climate control items. We have the ability to heat and cool the tent so you don’t have to worry about the time of year to put on your tent party. The lighting that we have available includes bistro lighting, chandeliers, uplighting, and LED string lighting.

The next thing included in this graduation package is tables and you have 2 options to choose from. Both options are able to comfortably seat 8 people and we strongly recommend placing linens on these tables. We are able to provide those for your event, so don’t stress! We carry a variety of linens in a few different colors like white, ivory, and black. Additionally, we can also socially distance your event with our cocktail/cafe tables. Here are all the tables we have to offer.

Lastly, the chairs that are included in this tent party rental package are made up of our more popular and cost-effective chairs. There are two styles of chairs and each is either black or white in color. We recommend the padded chair options because, in addition to being sturdy and comfortable, they look nicer than our standard folding chairs.
