48 Person Graduation Starter Package (20×30 Canopy Tent Rental)

48 Person Party Rental:

We provide party rentals for our 48 person graduation package. This includes a 20ft x 30ft canopy tent rental, 6 tables, and 48 chairs. This tent requires a space of 30ft x 40ft. Depending on the weather, you can also put sidewalls on the rental tent. The sidewalls are very easy to install and takedown. We also recommend that you check out our temperature control page for other ideas on working around the seasons. Other options for the tent include lighting and doors. We have several lighting options for you to choose from. For example, we carry our LED string lighting that provides a bright, warm atmosphere for the tent.

This 48 person graduation party rental package comes with 6 tables which you can choose between round tables or rectangle tables. We rent linens out for our tables in a few different colors like white, ivory, and black. Another option that you could include would be our cocktail or café tables, They work great if you’re trying to social distance your party. We also carry linens for those tables too. Other ideas to include would be a bar or a dance floor, just keep in mind you may have to place some tables outside the tent as the dance floor needs to be placed in a covered area. The 48 person graduation party rental package includes 4 chair options to choose from in this package. We recommend the padded chair option because they are sturdy and comfortable.
