Long Terms Rental Terms:

First Right of Refusal: For Long Term Rentals, the client has the first right of refusal to reserve the structure for a particular
time period. The client will be notified that someone would like to reserve the rental products and the client will have the
right to reserve the structure for that time period before the other client. American Structure Tent DBA Knight’s Tent
Rental will provide the client with a written notice and the client will have two weeks to make a decision on whether to
reserve the structure for that time period.

Month-to-Month payments beyond contract term: The client will automatically reserve for the next month beyond the
contract term at the stipulated monthly price on the first day of the last month of the contract unless the client notifies
Knight’s Tent Rental that they would like to have the structure removed within 30 days. In other words, you must let
Knight’s Tent Rental know 30 days in advance that you would like to have the structure removed.

Warranty: Knight’s Tent and Party Rental will make repairs and conduct maintenance to the structure if there are any of
the following issues: Structural issues, anchoring issues, severe weather issues, or improper installations.

Client Responsibilities: Client agrees to assist with basic and simple fixes that would require no training. Simple things like
putting a strap-on, pushing small amounts of water off of the tent and tightening the straps on the perimeter. Client is
responsible for opening, closing, and securing sidewalls with buckles before storms. Knight’s Tent and Party Rental can
service the tent for any reason upon request for an hourly fee of $75 per hour.

Evacuation Plan: Engineering will be provided the client and evacuation plan will be provided. The client is responsible for
ensuring that the evacuation plan is understood among the occupants.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES THAT MAY APPLY OVER AND ABOVE YOUR CONTRACT

Late fee:
After equipment is installed or service is provided, if you have payment terms that allow for payment or partial
payments after the install, then those due dates described must be paid promptly within 10 days of receiving the invoice
or installation, whichever is later. After 10 days, at the sole discretion of Knights Tent and Party Rental, a 1.5% late fee for
all services rendered will be invoiced to you. An additional late fee will be added after 20 days and every 10 days after.
The accumulation of late fees can be applied after each incremental 10 days or all at once. For example 50 days late
could accumulate to a total of 7.5%. This could be applied 50 days after the invoice without prior incremental late fees.
Late fees are applied at the sole discretion of Knights Tent and Party Rental. Monthly or weekly installments carry the
same late fee policy.

Can I loose my deposit if I fail to pay the remaining balance before the event / rental term? If you sign an agreement that
requires payment prior to the event / installation and you do not pay prior to the event / installation, then Knight’s Tent
and Party Rental is under no obligation to deliver your equipment due to failure to pay for rental items. In addition, the
deposit has been used to reserve the equipment and since you have not made the additional payment within the stated
contract terms, Knight’s Tent and Party Rental is under no obligation to return your deposit. In fact, you will loose your
deposit. It is important to pay for your event within the stated contract term dates.

Requesting Refills & Additional Services: If I use additional fuels or resources during my contact term or request
additional services on the fly how is that quoted and or billed? Spontaneous requests that require a rapid response time
will be billed after the services are rendered. Knight’s Tent and Party Rental is not required to provide a formal written
quote prior to delivering the items or rendering the services, nor are we under any obligation to provide pricing for
requested service with short notice. Pricing will be provided to you upon request for services or rental items, it is the
clients responsibility to understand the cost prior to requesting services. If services are rendered or items are
delivered, then you are under an obligation to pay for the items / services invoiced after the event or installation, this
includes additional delivery costs, additional fuels, additional propane, last minute labor fees and any other fee associated
with the execution of the project.

Restricting the contractor:

We have quoted our projects competitively and we intend to use all the means necessary
to accomplish the project efficiently. This includes using equipment. If you would like have your project installed a specific
way and you want to adjust our methods please let us know in advance. If we arrive on site and you decide that you
would like to change our methods please be aware that there might be a fee associated with that request. For example, if
you do not want us to use a mini-loader to carry tables, chairs, flooring, tents or any other rental products, then
understand that our quote assumes the use of that equipment / method and there will be an adjustment to the
rental agreement. You, the client are responsible to pay for all fees associated with the change in methods.
Knight’s Tent and Party Rental is under no obligation to give you a written proposal for these additional costs unless
directly requested to provide one. Understand that the client is responsible for understanding the limitations of their
property, event or circumstances. The client is responsible for understanding how their property responds to various weather / soil conditions, event circumstances, winter circumstances, property obstacles, sound, curfew, hail, rain, snow, floods and grass.

Additions (if available) can be made up to 2 weeks prior to your event. After that date, if we can make the requested
addition or subtraction, a late change fee will be added on your order.
Moving / Reinstalling rental products: Knight’s Tent and Party Rental has agreed to install your event equipment once. Tents are not easy to move. Many times there are miscommunications between planners, family members, co-workers, executives, event coordinators or anyone that would engage with the rental crew.

The client is responsible to make sure that crew receives the correct information about the placement of the rental products.
Knight’s
Tent and Party Rental agrees to install the rental products a total of one time. Requesting that tables, chairs, tents, equipment be moved from their installed location to another location will incur labor charges.

The crew and on-site Knight’s Tent and Party Rental staff is not responsible for alerting you, the client, that there will be additional charges for requesting the changes to your event layout or structure installation. These fees will be billed to you after the event and you are obligated to pay for these charges.

Moving Non-Rental Items:
Knight’s Tent and Party Rental has not agreed to move your personal property. Our
labor staff is not responsible for making sure that the area that you desire the rental equipment is free and clear of all
furniture, pottery, trees, bushes, gardens, toys, equipment, rocks, lawn decorations, etc. If you employ our labor staff into
the activity of moving your property, then labor charges will be billed to you. The labor staff is not responsible for
communicating that there will be a fee associated with the request, they might and probably will just do it. Please, the
client is responsible for understanding the costs associated with requesting assistance from our hourly workforce. Call the
office before you do this, the workforce is not cheap and you will be billed after the process is complete. Client is
obligated to pay all labor fees.

After Event Lawn Damage and Repair:
This quote does not include repairing your property from the circumstances
that have accrued from delivery, installation, the event, the removal and departure. The client is responsible for
understanding how equipment such as trucks, trailers, loaders and machinery will behave on their property prior to the
installation. If equipment is used, and grass, lawn, concrete slabs, patios, other objects are damaged from the normal
process of installation, then Knight’s Tent and Party Rental is not responsible for the damage. Example: Our quote
doesn’t include repairing tire marks and ruts in the lawn due to wet ground from the dollies and mini-loaders. Why? We
didn’t know that the ground was going to be wet / your ground was going to be soft. We are sorry that we do not cover
these damages. However, Knight’s Tent and Party Rental will help with repairs if able to, labor rates will apply.
This does not apply to cars, siding, and property of this nature. Only, the grounds.
Labor Rates: 2022 Labor Rates are billed at $75 an hr. per person.
Cancellation of event or major items (such as tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, etc.) will have a cancellation charge based
on timing of cancellation. The deposit is non-refundable. If possible, lets try to accommodate a new tent size or date so
you do not loose your deposit.

Note: Cancellations of these large items less than 45 days prior to delivery date will not be refunded, even if you decide
not to receive them.

upon.
