Tent Flooring Rental:
Our heavy-duty event flooring is a slide-lock flooring system that easily slides together, making installation quick and easy. The panels are “self-aligning” and allow for adjacent panels to fit together seamlessly. The event flooring is 2 3/4 inches thick and weighs approximately 50 pounds (per panel), making it one of the most robust modular event flooring systems on the market. Each panel is 4 feet by 4 feet and can be customized to any width/length, in 4ft increments. Our event flooring is commonly rented for festivals, corporate events, or weddings. This event flooring can be installed on soft (grass) or hard surfaces (cement/asphalt). Event flooring is commonly rented to cover the entire square footage of the tent or can be used as an alternative to our dance floor, covering a portion of the tent. Our event flooring pairs nicely with our frame tents because the flooring can be laid throughout the entire sq. ft. of the tent. However, event flooring can still be used under our canopy tents, but cannot cover the entire sq. ft. of the tent due to the center poles.
