64 Person Graduation Tent Rental Package:

Our 64 person graduation tent rental includes a 20ft x 40ft frame tent, 8 tables, and 64 chairs. This tent is a canopy tent so it can only be set up on grass and requires a 30ft x 50ft area to be set up. If you are unsure about the space you want to use, give us a call, and schedule a site visit. Our number is (248)-238-2400 and we’d be happy to help. Other options for this tent rental include sidewalls, lighting, and climate control. The sidewalls we rent are easy to install and takedown and can be pinned back to create a doorway. We carry a variety of lights to choose from such as our bistro lights, LED string lights, and uplighting. Lastly, we rent heaters, fans, and air conditioning units for inside our tents. This 64 graduation tent rental comes with 8 tables: round or rectangle. You can choose from a variety of linens for these tables or cover them with your own linen. Our 85×85 square linen is a beautiful, cost-effective way of covering the round tables and we recommend that you cover them before your event. Other options for rental include a bar, chill ‘n fill table, cocktail tables, and cafe tables. For example, the cocktail/cafe tables are great for social distancing your event and we can provide linens for these tables too.

For this tent rental, there are 4 chair options to choose from and all of them are comfortable and sturdy to sit in. They work well on most hard surfaces. Our padded chairs are our more popular option and they have a static load capacity of 600lbs. Check out all of our chair options here.
