A high tension fabric tent is a tensioned-membrane structure: the roof fabric is pulled drum-tight between tall center peaks and a guyed perimeter, so the covering itself carries the load instead of draping loose over a frame. That smooth white surface is also the best projection canvas in the tent business. Uplighting, gobos, and color washes bend across the curves and fill the whole volume with color, so a lighting package goes much further here than under a flat roof.
