64 Person Event Tent Rental Package:
Our 64 person event tent rental package includes a 30ft x30ft canopy tent, 8 tables, and 64 chairs. This event tent requires a minimum space of 40ft x 40ft in order to set it up. If you aren’t quite sure if you have enough space give us a call at (248)238-2400 and schedule a site visit. This tent is a more cost-effective option that can be staked into asphalt and grass. Other options for this tent include sidewalls, lighting, climate control. The sidewalls that we rent for this event tent are easy to install and takedown. There are a few different options for lighting in this tent. For example, you can rent chandeliers, bistro lighting, led string lighting, and even uplighting. The LED string lighting is a great option for this tent and type of event. Additionally, the LED string lights provide a bright, warm glow for the inside of the tent.
This 64 person event tent rental package comes with 2 styles of tables: round or rectangle tables. These tables are sturdy when placed on a flat surface and we strongly recommend that you place linens on these tables. Not only do we rent out linens, but we can also provide plates, silverware, and glasses. A great catering company that we recommend is Celebrity Catering. We know that having a party in the coming months is going to be stressful so a great way to socially distance the event is to rent out our cocktail tables. There are a few options available as far as covering these tables. For instance, you can even install a light under the spandex covers for a more modern look.
There are 4 chair options for this event tent package, all of which are great choices. They’re all sturdy and comfortable with the padded chairs looking somewhat nicer. We do carry chair covers if you’re interested in covering the chairs you chose.
